●台積電駐廠人員工作內容 : 

1.機房照明及設備 巡檢/維修/保養。 

2.協助廠務 儀電課 工程師交辦事項 。 

3.照明維修更換(高架作業) 。 

※遵守台積廠區相關規定，部份工作需進入無塵室，需穿著無塵衣

Job Content:

Responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing advanced TEM (Transmission Electron microscopy) metrology, structure, and analytical analysis techniques at nano/atomic scale to support company research and production. Looking for experienced TEM experts specialized in following fields:

1. Computational microscopy and with hands-on capabilities.
2. Experts in electron diffraction theory, simulation, and applications.
3. In-depth understanding of electron optics and image simulations.
4. TEM based analytical analysis (e.g., EELS, EDS, and CL), analytical instrument, and analytical software development.

Job Requirement:

1. Master or above in Material Science, Physics, Chemistry or related science and engineering disciplines
2. English- Business level is required, Mandarin communication level is a plus to well communicate with assignee and H/Q TEM engineers.
3. Knowledge of semiconductor process and SPC is a plus.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential such as communicate with TEM analysis requestors from process or integration engineers.
5. Semiconductor process experience is a plus.
6. This position requires 6-month training in Taiwan before transferring back to Kumamoto, Japan.
