臨床意義

歐洲及美國的心臟學會(ESC、ACC)明確說明當血液肌鈣蛋白水平高於正常值的99百分位數時,可作心臟壞死的診斷而可以接受的精確度(CV)為10%。當病患出現急性冠狀動脈徵狀伴隨Troponin I升高以及(或)CKMB升高就須考慮此病患為心肌梗塞病人。許多指引手冊都同意在病患到院後測單一次的Troponin I是不夠的,它們皆認為在病患到院後只做單一次的Troponin I是不夠的,建議是在早期發病時至少測試3次。對於冠狀動脈徵狀的病人Troponin I也是一個預後的指標,可以預測心臟病發生的機率與死亡率。
