TI Facilities operates over 150 different utility systems that include chemicals, gasses, variety of electrical systems, water
systems, HVAC, waste, vacuum, and controls. These systems are designed to run 24 hours a day, 365 days a year without interruption, creating more running efficiency of facilities systems to manufacturing environment. Facilities works closely with TI’s manufacturing team to understand how the utility systems impact the process as well as how to reduce consumption. For this particular job position, we are seeking a facility engineer (<3 years working experience) to manage HVAC system including
the water side and air side. System ownership will be covering as following: • Chiller System • Cooling Tower System • Chemical Dosing System • Process Cooling Water System • Air Handler Unit (AHU), Make Up Air Unit (MAU), DX, FCU, FFU, DDC • Cleanroom temperature, humidity, particle, pressure monitoring. Responsibilities: • Manage requested projects and equipment installations, including project resources, schedules and budgets • Provide technical support to the Facilities organization as a
