打開IE「工具」-「網際網路選項」-「安全性」-->「自定層級」 -->「ActiveX控制和插件」 -->「二進位和指令碼行為」-->點選 「啟用」 回應 一位客戶在用Outlook看信的時候突然出現了一個奇怪的錯誤視窗。 而這個錯誤視窗只有在點開信件的時候才會不定時出現。
錯誤視窗畫面如下：
參考網路上許多解決方式一一試驗。 1. 清除temp檔 還是一樣會有錯誤視窗出現。
2. 修復Office軟體 控制台->解除安裝程式->Microsoft Office->滑鼠按右鍵選擇變更。
跳出視窗後選擇"修復"。
等修復程式跑完後重新開機。
重開機後測試還是一樣會有錯誤視窗出現。 3. 修復IE視窗模組 點選"開始"，在上面搜尋那排打"regsvr32 urlmon.dll"後按Enter。
重開機後測試錯誤視窗還是沒有解決。 4. 停用Internet explorer指令碼偵錯(其他) 控制台->網路和網際網路->網際網路選項->"進階"， 將停用指令碼偵錯(其他)打勾。
重開機測試後錯誤視窗依然存在。 5. 刪除Office機碼 點選"開始"，在上面搜尋列打"regedit"後按確定。 路徑：\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office 並將Outlook資料夾刪除後重開。
