氣炸鍋翻熱麵包時間

試過幾吹個包又乾又脆,有無JM 可以指教下?thx

今日聽收音機講返熱之前噴少少水,咁就會好似新鮮一樣了。不過係應用於toaster oven。我諗airfryer都係一樣。
用air fryer焗方包好好食架,好鬆脆,少少似食餅乾呢!

無架....

air 嘛....有時d野, 要睇用法, 咩時候用咩工具...

想個包做到剛出爐咁柔軟濕潤....難啊, 有點難呢~

有時唔同場合用唔用工具....

光波爐夠話自己可以炆蒸煮煲.....講囉....效果同正統效果點都有分別 ~

所以我咩都5買, 一個焗爐同一個微波爐就夠晒....

你試下用高溫短時間airfryer返熱麵包,先可以外脆內軟,低溫長時間會搞到好乾架

Thank you all.
Since mine is a built in oven, so it's too big and waste of energy to re-heat 1-2 breads in the morning.

I used mircrowave, but the effect not that good.

I used airfryer for 180-degree about 3-5min, but no good too.

Now I use the mircrowave for 30 sec, then pre-heat the microwave with grill function, then grill the bread for few min. effect is ok, but rather long and clumsy.

Remember some JM mentioned their airfryer is good for re-heat bread, so wanna see if anyone could help la.

如果只是翻熱的話,試下把包放在電飯煲度焗,好方便,又鬆軟,岩哂我呢個懶人。

覺得叮包包都係 10秒 / 20秒咁叮好d ~


翻熱面包我通常用白鑊慶熱至出白煙, 熄火, 放面包, kum 蓋, 洗完面昊換好衫食啱啱好

我自己就喜歡用電飯煲翻熱D面包,較軟熟。而牛角酥果d就用焗爐


其實可以諗清楚airfryer個原理係發熱線+風扇, 即係吹熱風咁, 你諗下佢可以令到肉類既油都飛晒出黎, 佢又點可能同你將塊麵包做到濕潤呢, 我雖然有焗爐有airfryer, 但翻熱麵包我還是用最快速方法, 微波爐叮熱只需10秒
